Responsible Promotion & Claims Standards
Our goal is effective promotion that partners can stand behind. Responsible does not mean passive — it means persuasive within supportable, disclosed and approved boundaries.
Our Standard
Before developing a campaign, we seek sufficient product information, approved positioning and relevant restrictions
Depending on the offer, our review may consider:
- Intended use, target audience and product category
- Ingredient, material, sourcing or manufacturing information supplied by the partner
- Approved benefits and the evidence or substantiation available for those benefits
- Required disclaimers, disclosures and channel restrictions
- Customer experience, shipping, return policy, guarantees and support
- Price, bundles, promotions and the clarity of the purchase terms
- Competitive differentiation and credible reasons to choose the product
- Brand-safety requirements and prohibited statements
Health Claims
We do not present wellness products as treating or curing disease
Unless a claim is specifically lawful, adequately substantiated and approved for the applicable product and market. We avoid guaranteed outcomes and do not portray promotional content as individualized medical advice.
Persuasion Within Boundaries
Responsible does not mean passive
We may use vivid benefits, strong hooks, emotional relevance, social proof, urgency, demonstrations and direct calls to action when they are truthful, supportable, appropriately qualified and permitted by the partner, platform and jurisdiction.
Approvals, Corrections & Updates
Product formulas, prices, claims, promotions and policies can change. Partners should provide current source materials and promptly notify GygLabs of material changes. We may update, pause or remove content when information becomes inaccurate, an approval expires, tracking fails or a compliance concern is identified.
Operating Values
How we operate
Performance
Creative and content should have a defined commercial objective and measurable conversion path.
Responsibility
Promotions should avoid unsupported, misleading or guaranteed health outcomes.
Transparency
Material connections, sponsorships and affiliate relationships should be disclosed clearly.
Persuasion with integrity
Strong copy can create urgency and desire without distorting evidence or product limitations.
Partnership
Responsive communication, accurate implementation and long-term value matter more than isolated placements.
Continuous optimization
Messaging, creative and landing experiences should improve through compliant testing and performance data.
